This Privacy Policy sets forth the Changecause, Inc. dba Naytev (“Naytev”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) policy with respect to the Personal Data that we collect from: (1) individual users of Naytev’s services, (“Services”) as authorized by Naytev’s customers (“Customers”) that use the Naytev platform to share content with others (“End Users”); and (2) general visitors (“Site Visitors”) to the Naytev web-site (the “Site”). End Users and Site Visitors shall be referenced herein collectively using the terms “you” and “your”. By visiting the Site or using the Services, you are consenting and accepting, opting-in, to the policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy.  If you do not so consent, stop all use of the Services and do not access the Site.  If you have any questions, you may send an email to info@naytev.com

For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Data” is any information by which you can be individually identified, including, but not limited to, your name, address, e-mail address, and/or telephone number.  This Policy does not apply to any third party websites linked to this website. Naytev is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third party sites.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are opting-in and consenting to our use of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Further, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Naytev in the United States.

 

Minors

Our Services are not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without the prior, verifiable consent of a parent or guardian. Such parent or guardian has the right, upon request, to view the information provided by the child and require that it be deleted.

Information We Collect from You

We collect and processes Personal Data about you or from you in order to provide you access to our Services. We collect this information only if you voluntarily provide such to us. You may withdraw your consent for our use of your Personal Data at any time, however, please be aware that our Services may not be available to you if you elect not to provide certain Personal Data to us. We collect your name and email address when you voluntarily provide this information to submit Service inquiries, join our email newsletter, or as otherwise communicate with you as may be requested by you.   Any Personal Data you provide to us will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Naytev will apply various approaches to de-identify, aggregate and/or anonymize Personal Data such that no natural person or individual can be identified (“Data Analytics”). We will use Data Analytics for our business purposes, and will not, at any time, attempt to re-identify the natural persons contained therein.

Sharing with Third Parties

We may share Personal Data about you with third parties for the purposes of:

  • performing the Services you requested;
  • to fulfill any requests made by you;
  • to respond to appropriate requests of legitimate government authorities, or where required by applicable laws, court orders, or government regulations; or

Additionally, in the event Naytev decides to reorganize our business through sale, merger, or acquisition, Naytev may share Personal Data with actual or prospective purchasers. We will require any actual or prospective purchasers to treat Personal Data in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Naytev Cookie Notice

Our Site uses standard technology called “cookies,” which are small text/data files stored or transferred on computer hard drives, to analyze individual website activity. In all cases in which we use these technologies, we will not collect Personal Data except with your express permission. Currently, Naytev utilizes Google analytics to help us to improve the way our Site works. If you prefer not to have cookies, you can set your browser (such as Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.) to warn you before accepting cookies and refuse the cookie when your browser alerts you to its presence. You can also refuse all cookies by turning such off in your browser. In some circumstances, we may charge a reasonable fee, where warranted, for access to and other requests regarding Personal Data.

Data Accuracy

We want to keep only the most accurate and up-to-date information about you in our records. If you'd like us to update, correct, or delete any Personal Data that you have provided to us, please send your request to us at info@naytev.com and we will process your request within a reasonable period of time after receipt. If you are an End User, you may also modify or delete your Personal Data at any time by visiting your Naytev account settings.

Data Security

Naytev takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data received via the Site and Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Data, and we recommend that you take any available precautions to protect Personal Data you submit via the Services, including via email. 

International Transfers of Your Personal Data

Depending on where your account has been registered, any Personal Data you provide to us through your use of Naytev Services may be transferred to, stored in, or processed outside of your country of residence, including in the United States. These countries may impose different privacy obligations than your country of residence. In transferring your Personal Data, we may choose to rely on the US-EU Privacy Shield, Standard Contractual Clauses and other forms of data processing agreements. Important Information

You may have additional rights under your country’s laws. Your Data Protection Authority (“DPA”) is responsible for making sure that the privacy laws are followed. If you are unable to resolve a problem directly with us, have additional inquiries about your data privacy rights, or would like to make a complaint, please contact your local DPA.  

Changes to This Notice

We reserve the right to change this Notice and to make the revised Privacy Policy effective for Personal Data we have about you as well as any Personal Data we create or receive in the future. We will post the current Privacy Policy on our Site with its effective date at the top.
